Returns

We want YOU and your pet to be 100% happy with your order!

Our policy is simple. If you're not 100% completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason whatsoever, return it! We gladly accept returns within 15 days from the date you received your order. Kindly just make sure that all return items are in new, unused and resellable condition with all original packaging intact.

We offer two options of returns below:

1. You can receive the refund in the form of store credit. With this option, returns are completely free--meaning we’ll cover the return shipping cost. You simply print out the prepaid return shipping label that is emailed to you then drop off the shipment at any Post office. Please note we don't issue refund for the original shipping charge that you have paid and we don't offer free returns on Pet Food, Bulky & Heavy Items, Cat Litters and Remote Area customers.

2. You can also receive a refund in your original payment method. With this option, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping cost. Again, we don't issue refund for the original shipping charge that you have paid.

How to return an item?

Please use "Contact Us" form or email or call us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA) number with the reason why you would like to return. We will provide you a RMA number once your return request is approved. Then please have your return item ship to address below with the inclusion of RMA number inside your shipping box.

Exchanges:

We are unable to offer exchanges at this time, however we do accept returns. We ask that you return the original merchandise for a refund and proceed to place a new order for the appropriate item.
