How do I return an item?
Not happy with your purchase? Our goal at PetOnly.ca is to ensure that you are totally satisfied with your shopping experience. We gladly accept returns within 10 days from the date you received your order. This 10-Day Guarantee gives you plenty of time to check the items' Color, Quality, and Size. If for any reasons you are not 100% satisfied and need to return an item, Please use the following return Procedures.
Unfortunately, we can not exchange items or accept returns for items which are more than 10 days from the date you received your order. We also can not accept returns for opened or used items. All returns must be in the same condition as when sold. We issue the refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. For SALE Items, the refund will be issued in the form of Store Credit. Shipping charge will not be refunded and Postage or courier fee for return shipment must be prepaid.
We charge 15% restocking fee for the return of unopened Pet Crates, Pet Strollers and Pet Pens.
*To avoid unnecessary returns, We highly recommend you measure your pet precisely to ensure an accurate fit, and place an order according to the Sizing Info Chart under each product. Please note each product comes with different Sizing Info Chart.
RETURN PROCEDURES:
1. Request RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization) Number. Please click " Contact Us" link to fill out the form with Subject of "request RMA for return" and tell us the reason why you like to return the item in the Message Section. We will email your RMA number within 24 hours once we received your request. 2. Return product to us Please place your product in original packaging and ship with Canada post (preferred) or other courier with a tracking number to the address below. Refund confirmation We'll notify you of your refund via e-mail after we've received and processed the returned items. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 5 to 10 business days after we've processed your refund.
