Returns & Exchanges

If you are not happy with your purchase, we gladly accept returns within 15 days from the date you received your order. All return items must be in new, unused and resellable condition with all original packaging intact.

We issue the refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. Shipping charge will not be refunded and return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

How to return an item?

Please use "Contact Us" form or email or call us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA) number with the reason why you would like to return. We will provide you a RMA number once your return request is approved. Then please have your return item ship to address below with the inclusion of RMA number inside your shipping box.

How to make an exchange?

Please request return of original item and place a new order for the new item.

Items that are sujected to 15% restocking fee:

We charge 15% restocking fee for the return of unopened Pet Food, Beds, Mats, Clippers, Crates, Cages, Carriers, Strollers, Car Booster Seat, Litter Boxes, Water Fountains, Agility Kits, Fence & Containment System, Remote Trainer & Bark Control Collars, Gates, Pens, Ramps, Steps, Grooming Tables and Cat Trees. Refused shipments will also be subjected to a 15% restocking fee.
