Our Reward Program allows you to earn points which are redeemable for discounts on future purchases at PetOnly.ca. It's free, simple and a great way to save at PetOnly.ca!

Here is how it works:

There are five different ways to earn reward points as shown below. Every 20 reward points earned is redeemable for $1 off your next purchase at PetOnly.ca and that equals to 5% off your next order. You can accumulate as many points as you wish before redemption.

Five ways to earn reward points:

1. Shop with us

Every time you make a purchase at PetOnly.ca, you will earn 1 reward point for every $1 you spend excluding any Taxes & Shipping Costs. Your reward points will be automatically deposited into your account once your order has shipped. We also offer double & triple the points promotions during various times throughout the year. So Check back our website often!

2. Write a product review

We believe product reviews improve the overall shopping experience. That's why you will earn 10 reward points for each product review that you write. To add a product review, go to the product page for the item that you want to review. Scroll to the bottom and click on either "Write a review" or "Be the first to write a review". Once you add review, please send an email to customerservice@petonly.ca so we can deposit your reward points into your account.

3. Write a customer testimonial

Had a great shopping experience and would like to share? We would love to hear it! Earn 10 reward points for writing a customer testimonial. Please e-mail testimonials to customerservice@petonly.ca. Upon review by our team, your reward points will be deposited into your account.

4. Refer a friend

A referral is the ultimate compliment for us! Earn 100 reward points by referring a friend to our store. Once your friend is ready to place an order with us, have them write your name in the "Order Comments" section at checkout so that we know who to send the reward points to. You can refer as many friends as you wish.

5. Like or Follow us

Earn 10 reward points by either 1) Like us on Facebook 2) follow us on Twitter Do all two and you will be granted with 20 reward points! Once you add us, send an email to customerservice@petonly.ca so we can deposit your reward points into your account.

How do i view & redeem points:

1. To view your reward points, simply go to My Reward Points.

2. Enter the total amount (in points) you'd like to redeem in the box. Remember, 20 reward points = $1 off your order.

3. When you're done, your redemption will be automatically applied to your account as a gift certificate.

4. You're now ready to save on your next purchase. Upon placing your order, your available gift certificate amount will be automatically deducted from the total purchase amount.
